The technician arrived on the same day I called and completed the installation in just about two hours. The quality of the work was excellent, and I appreciated how knowledgeable and efficient he was throughout the process. The cost was also reasonable, which made the experience even better.

However, communication seemed to be a recurring issue. Several other reviews echoed my experience of receiving little to no follow-up from their office. They were often unresponsive when I had questions or when I needed them to call ahead of arrival, which could be frustrating. It’s clear that while the technicians are skilled, the office support might leave something to be desired.

Despite the communication hiccups, I can’t deny the quality of the work and the kindness of the team. They’ve come to my aid in emergencies and have delivered prompt service every time. Overall, if you’re looking for reliable garage door installation or repair at a fair price, these guys might be a solid choice, just be prepared for some communication challenges.
