The team was friendly and accommodating with my requests, providing various options that fit my budget, which I appreciated. They performed a thorough inspection and took time to explain warranty options as well.

However, the initial phone interaction was disappointing. The receptionist’s rude tone was off-putting, which made my first impression less than ideal. Regardless, the quality of the repair work made up for some of these communication hiccups, and I would consider using their services again for future repairs.
