The necessity of the two springs was debated, and I was caught off guard by the service fee for not proceeding with the suggested work. Despite this, I was satisfied with the resolution and appreciate how quickly they handled my repairs. I would consider using them again, but next time, I’ll be sure to ask more questions about their policies up front.
