I recently had my garage door serviced by Cincinnati Door & Window and it turned out to be a solid choice. Justin, the installer who came out, was not only friendly but also efficient, completing the repair just a couple hours after he arrived. He took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions, which was reassuring. I appreciated the fair pricing and transparency upfront, making it feel like I was truly getting my money’s worth.

While my initial experience included delays in scheduling, the technicians ultimately delivered quality work. When the first tech couldn’t complete the installation due to a miscommunication on clearance, I was frustrated. Despite that hiccup, the second technician arrived, assessed the situation accurately, and did a fantastic job. I left feeling satisfied with the repairs, but I would have preferred a more seamless start to finish process.

One downside I encountered was the short notification time when the technician was on his way. A longer heads-up would have greatly helped with my scheduling, especially as I juggle multiple properties. Although the techs demonstrated great skill and professionalism, I believe improved communication could elevate the entire customer experience. Overall, I would recommend Cincinnati Door & Window for their technical expertise and commitment to getting the job done right.
