After 13 years of loyalty, I hoped for more understanding pricing, especially when alternatives were available at half the cost. Although I valued their past work, this incident made me reconsider my loyalty to this company.

I also heard from a friend who faced delays with her custom door installation, taking nearly two months to complete. Despite the quality of the door, she found their communication lacking and felt compelled to reach out frequently for updates. Overall, while Superior Doors offers solid repairs and timely service for more significant issues, customers should be aware of potential inconsistencies in service and pricing.
