Ryan O’Connell came to fix our door and was not only professional and knowledgeable but also took the time to explain everything before starting the work. He replaced both springs, balanced the door, and got the opener running smoothly again. I really appreciated the upfront pricing with no surprise fees, and I could tell he valued doing the job right the first time.

Nick Swenson assessed the situation without any pressure tactics and provided clear options along with price differences. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing and how quickly they handled our door replacement. Josh Patterson came right after we ordered, working efficiently and answering all my questions along the way.

While my overall experience was positive, I did encounter a hiccup with one agent who seemed unsure about my payment status. It caused some initial confusion but he ultimately completed the installation without any issues. I do think there’s room for improvement in their communication, particularly regarding account details, but the end result was great. The garage door has never operated better, and I can confidently recommend this company based on their knowledgeable staff and commitment to quality service.
