My experience with Middlesex Door Systems in Burlington was mostly positive, thanks to their attentive team. Neil handled the sales smoothly, and Tanya kept me informed throughout the process. The real star was Tyler, the installer, who not only did a fantastic job but took the time to explain all the features of my new garage door opener and even helped me with the app installation. It’s nice to see employees who genuinely appreciate their company.

I absolutely love my new garage door! The installation process was efficient, and after dealing with a minor issue when a bolt fell off, their team came out the very next day for repairs. The technicians were prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was secure. It’s refreshing to find a company that delivers on quality and service.

That said, I did have a hiccup with the garage door opener not functioning well with my car’s remote after initial programming. I wasn’t thrilled to hear it could be interference, especially since my previous setup worked flawlessly. Still, I appreciate that the installation team was courteous and left everything clean, and they did an excellent job managing the delays with the door manufacturing.
