My experience with SunValley Garage Door Service in Victorville was a mixed bag. They have some quick response times and did manage to diagnose my garage door issue efficiently, but I was caught off guard by the $29 quote fee that wasn’t disclosed beforehand. It felt a bit frustrating since I only learned about it after the technician arrived, which was disappointing.

While the technician’s work was adequate, I encountered issues with customer service. When I tried to verify some details regarding my service, the staff was rude and unhelpful. I was also surprised to find their payment options limited to cash or Zelle, which added more inconvenience to an already frustrating situation. This experience left a negative impression, especially given the significant deposit I paid for a new door.

Despite the quality of the repair work, I felt the overall service fell short. There were moments where it seemed they were more interested in the sale than in providing good customer care, which seriously detracted from the experience. With better communication and a more professional approach, this company could really improve, but as it stands, I’d advise being cautious if you decide to give them a call.
