Their technician, Sheridan Abad, was not only kind and professional but showcased his expertise by thoroughly explaining the parts that needed replacing on my old garage system. He didn’t push for unnecessary upgrades and respected my budget, which I greatly appreciated. I now enjoy a beautifully functioning new system that operates smoothly, thanks to his efforts.

The responsiveness of the team was remarkable as well. I called for service at night, and they promptly scheduled a visit for the next afternoon. Jose, the technician who came to address my garage door issues, was efficient and walked me through everything he did. He delivered on his promises, leaving me impressed with both his work and the quick turnaround.

While my experience was mostly positive, I did face an issue with a component that fell off after the installation of my new lift-master door. Although the team responded quickly to my call, I wish they would have taken extra care during the installation to ensure all components were sturdy. I’m hopeful they’ll rectify this soon, as I truly want to keep using their services based on the solid work I’ve seen otherwise.
