I recently had my garage door serviced by Garage Door Hero in Anaheim and was blown away by their professionalism. After experiencing issues with a previous repair, I called them to fix my heavy, 20-year-old door. Danny was exceptional—he not only diagnosed the issues quickly but even helped hold the door open so my wife could get her car out without any hassle. The service was prompt, and I appreciated the transparent pricing.

When it came to replacing my original wooden roll-up doors, I was impressed by Brandon’s attention to detail. He took the time to measure and show me samples, making sure I was happy with my choice. The installation by Raphael and his brother was seamless, and the new doors look fantastic. The fair pricing and quality of work made the entire experience smooth from start to finish.

However, I did hear a less favorable experience from another customer who faced issues with loose bolts that weren’t effectively addressed. While my experience was stellar, it’s worth noting that communication can sometimes fall short. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend Garage Door Hero for their excellent service, quick response times, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
